Visitors: Observing, Reporting, Making a Difference What kinds of people are Guest ReflectionsSM visitors? All kinds! Younger and older adults, singles and couples, parents and non-parents, newcomers and long-time residents, frequent and infrequent church attenders, and people from a variety of educational, social and ethnic backgrounds. Guest Reflections seeks visitors who are prompt, observant, organized and articulate. Previous "mystery shopping" experience is not necessary. Visitors are paid a stipend for their time and quality feedback — but most Guest Reflections visitors do it because they enjoy the experience and are glad to provide helpful input to church leaders.
