Guest Forms: After each Guest Reflections visit is completed, reviewed and finalized (typically within five days of the visit), email notification is sent to church leaders, including a link to the completed form. Church leaders log in to the web site to view the 
results; if desired, they can print it out or download it in PDF format for distribution to others in the church. Interview forms remain available online and are searchable by date or score.
First Wave Report: When the First Wave of visits is complete (usually within 8-10 weeks), Guest Reflections compiles results into an interactive electronic report that includes 25 charts, the full set of visitor comments, and specific ideas for applying results at the church. Subscription Service Annual Report: After the First Wave, churches can continue to keep their finger on the pulse of the visitor experience through Guest Reflections' annual Subscription Service. Church leaders continue to receive email notification when new forms are finalized (typically done in semi-annual waves). Churches receive an annual report tracking visitor-experience scores over time. Even better, the report includes comparative results from Guest Reflections' database, showing how results compare with those of other churches.
