Becoming a Guest Reflections Visitor
Guest Reflections matches potential visitors in its database with open assignments for participating churches. Registered visitors will be notified via email when an assignment is authorized in their area, though they are not obligated to take on any assignment. Those willing to complete the assignment email Guest Reflections, which then makes assignments based on the church's needs.
Guest Reflections seeks to make the registration process as easy as possible. Potential visitors should meet the following requirements:
1. Be at least 18 years of age.
2. Have an active email address.
3. Have access to a printer (to print out the leave-behind card).
4. Have their own personal transportation.
5. Not be a manager/owner of a "mystery shopping" company.
6. Be willing to honor the Mystery Shopping Providers Association's Code of Ethics for Shoppers.
7. Read, understand and agree to the following:
Visitors who conduct paid assignments for Guest Reflections are working as "independent contractors," meaning that they are not employees of Guest Reflections. They are solely responsible for their own safety (and the safety of those in their care) at all times while conducting visits on behalf of Guest Reflections.
Payments for Guest Reflections visits are made via Paypal or check after the visitor form has been reviewed and approved by Guest Reflections' staff. Payments are considered personal income and are subject to federal and state income tax. Visitors are solely responsible for their own taxes — those who are unsure of the tax implications are encouraged to seek professional advice.
If you meet the above requirements, we welcome you to
register to be a potential visitor!
Note: Guest Reflections uses the SASSIE system to manage its database of visitors and assignments. The visitor registration page features the traditional language of mystery shopping ("shoppers" and "shops"); however, registration on the site is only for Guest Reflections (not other companies), and registrant data is accessed only by Guest Reflections.
