Guest ReflectionsSM was created out of the idea that effective churches should be active listeners.
Just as God – who knows all things – desires to hear the prayers of His people, churches must listen to their people. Listening enables deeper relationship and acknowledges the value of those God has created. In the same way, listening churches acknowledge the value of their visitors. We do not promote a consumer-driven approach to church, but we do encourage two-way communication.
Guest Reflections was developed by veteran market researcher Jim McGee and is administered by the research firm Campbell Rinker. Since 1991, Campbell Rinker has been a leading provider of marketing research services to the nonprofit world. The firm has helped hundreds of mission-driven nonprofits, conducted tens of thousands of interviews, and moderated scores of focus groups among donors, members, alumni and visitors. Clients include well-know Christian broadcasters, evangelical missionary sending agencies, denominations, mega-churches and not so mega-churches. The Guest Reflections team at Campbell Rinker is led by Justin Cross.
